SHIPPING POLICY

At Neat & Lit Candles, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and local delivery process.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

Processing Time: Orders are made to order and hand-poured. Candle orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Candles require a 2 week cure time for optimal scent throw so please keep that in mind when choosing to order.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
LOCAL DELIVERY (ATLANTA METRO AREA)
We currently offer FREE Local Delivery for customers located within 30034, 30035, 30033, 30307, and 30327.

Delivery Fee: FREE for 30034, 30035, 30033, 30307, and 30327.

Delivery Window: Most local orders are delivered same day once order has been processed if ordered completed before 12 noon. Next business day for orders processing completed after 12 noon.

Local Delivery Updates: You will be contacted via text or email to coordinate a convenient delivery time.
If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the front door or designated delivery area and you will receive a picture to confirm the successful delivery unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for stolen delivery orders.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped and received by the carrier, Neat & Lit Candles is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do offer insurance for all orders at time of purchase for extra peace of mind.
If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

Checking with neighbors or nearby households

Verifying that the shipping address was entered correctly
We’re happy to assist with documentation if you need support filing a claim with USPS or the carrier responsible for you order delivery.
