REFUND POLICY

EFFECTIVE DATE: JULY 1, 2025

Thank you for shopping with Neat & Lit Candles. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products and want to ensure you have a great experience with our brand.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

​Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges once a purchase is completed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We carefully inspect every candle before it is shipped, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
 

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to neatalitcandles@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
     

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Because our candles are hand-poured and made in small batches, we cannot offer refunds due to:

  • Scent preference

  • Minor aesthetic variations (e.g. frosting or wax texture)

  • Misuse or improper candle care
     

We recommend reviewing our Candle Care & Safety guide before lighting your candle.
